How To Make Ors

ORS is a 'medicine' to cure diarrhea. ORS is often called oral rehydration. ORS has a mixed composition of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, anhydrous glucose, and sodium bicarbonate. ORS is useful for relieving dehydration, especially those 7caused by diarrhea. ORS is safe for consumption by anyone, be it babies, children, or adults. And this is how to make ORS.

ingredients :

1. 1 liter of warm water

2. Salt

3. Sugar

Tools :

1. Glass/mug

2. Spoon

3. Thermos (You can use bottle or tumblr)

Steps :

1. Prepare all the ingredients and tools, make sure it's clean.

2. Take a thermos

3. Put half a teaspoon of salt and eight teaspoons of sugar into the thermos

4. Add 1L of warm water

5. Stir all ingredients until well blended
